Who does not love Smores? They are soo good. Right??? There is just something magical about Chocolate, Marshmallows and Graham Crackers heated up. Sometimes i just crave them. Problem is they are not the same on the stove or baked in the oven as they are over an open fire… If you are like me and have a major sweet tooth all year round. This dessert is perfect for you. It is super easy to make and takes no time at all. It can be made the same day or a day or two ahead. Oh and guess what… It is a no fail dessert.

It almost reminds me of this chocolate crunch dessert I used to crave as a child. That was my favorite dessert of all time. Problem is whenever i grew up and tried to make it, the crust would always crack… and i do mean always. It never stayed together.

Trust me, you do not have to worry about this one falling apart. It is super easy. Once it meshes together in the fridge, it kind of turns into a Tiramisu without the coffee taste. I know right???

Ingredients:

1 5.9 Ounce box instant chocolate pudding

3 cups Milk

1 7 ounce Jar of Jet Puffed Marshmallow Cream Spread

1 1/2 Cups Cool Whip whipped Topping

1 box of Graham Crackers

Mix box of pudding with milk according to package directions. Blend Marshmallow Cream Spread and Whip Cream until smooth.

Line bottom of dessert pan with graham crackers. Add half of the Chocolate pudding evenly over the layer of Graham Crackers. Make another layer of Graham Crackers over the pudding layer. Add half of whipped cream mixture over the graham crackers and repeat layers again. Enjoy.
