This Dessert is the perfect addition to any gathering. It is light and perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter and even during the Summer. Growing up this was always on our tables and we always fought for the leftovers, if there was any of course.
Ingredients:
2 Cans of Mandarin Oranges – 8.25 ounces. Drained.
1 20 ounce can of Crushed Pineapple – Drained
1 3 ounce pack of Orange Jello
1 16 ounce carton of Cottage Cheese – any curd is fine.
1 12 ounce carton of Cool Whip
Mix all ingredients together and Chill for at least 4 hours and then Serve.
