Chicken Legs are very versatile and can be a cheap cut of meat to buy going as low as .99 per pound. I usually buy chicken legs when they are ½ price, freeze them and then make a big batch of these parmesan chicken legs at one time. This Recipe is so easy to make and requires only two ingredients. The chicken is baked and not fried. I have tried this recipe in the Air Fryer and it just wasn’t as good as the Oven Version.
Ingredients:
10-12 Chicken Legs (Skin on)
3 Eggs
2 Cups grated Parmesan Cheese
Vegetable Oil for Spraying Sheet Pan
Directions
Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees. Lightly Spray Sheet Pan with Cooking Spray.
Set up a breading station, Beat 3 eggs in one bowl and place 2 cups parmesan cheese in a second bowl. Dip each chicken in the egg mixture and then in the parmesan cheese mixture. Place Chicken Legs onto lightly greased sheet pan. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes. Enjoy.
